Gringo's Taco Shop sits on a prime lot in downtown Prescott and it's our vision to see this corner develop into Prescott's first Food Truck Park. We'd love to see our corner as the destination for food trucks, drinks, events and more—and we want YOU to be a part of it!
From a dedicated eating space to full landscape, we'll be set up to host a different group of Food Trucks each month making sure you're never bored with the great Prescott food scene.
